Mark A. Loucas
Research Associate

Mark Loucas is a Research Associate at the Fund for Peace. He works primarily with Peace and Stability Operations as well as Foreign Policy operations. Mark was previously involved with the Fund during the summer of 2005 as an intern working on Regional Responses to Internal Wars. During his time at the Fund he also assisted with the publishing of the 'Realizing Never Again' policy paper. Prior to returning to the Fund for Peace, Mark spent time interning for the strategic consulting branch of Jane's Information Group.

He is currently working on a number of projects aimed at exploring new ways in which CAST can be used to measure and analyze data coming from countries in danger of failing.

Mark recently received a B.A. in International Affairs and Geography from George Washington University's Elliot School. He has also studied international politics and economics while completing semesters abroad in Belgium and Greece.
